DESCRIPTION
-This is a one bedroom Semi Self-catering en suite accommodation suitable for 2 adults.
-It consists of the following: Queen bed, aircon, tv with normal sabc channels and connections for dstv (standard decoder only) bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
-The bathroom has a bath and shower with a double hand basin and large mirror.
-There is a swimming pool and a webber braai.
-We are situated close to shopping centers, restaurants and surrounding beaches.
HOUSE RULES
Please adhere to the following house rules to ensure that your stay with us is pleasant and comfortable
- SAFETY FIRST: Always lock after entering or exiting. Although we take reasonable steps to ensure your safety and security and that of your possessions, you still retain final responsibility.
- NO SMOKING: is allowed inside the room. Please smoke outside.
- If the room has cigarette smoke odors, a find of R500.00 will be levied
- NO VISITORS: No visitors are allowed – Unless prior arranged and permission granted.
- Check in time is: 14:00 and check out time is: 9:00 unless prior arrangements have been made.
- BE WATER AND ENERGY WISE: When using the aircon, please ensure that all windows and doors are closed. Please switch off aircon and lights when leaving the room.
- Please use water sparingly especially when we are experiencing water shortages.
- Please report any plumbing and/or electrical issues.
- Please leave all TV/radio/aircon/fan remotes where you found them
- NO LOUD MUSIC: Loud music is not allowed. All noise must be toned down by 22:00.
- Please be mindful of others trying to REST and respect the privacy of others.
- DesiredRest cannot be held liable if any of the following events or conditions prevent us from fulfilling our obligation to guests. We will take all reasonable steps to minimize disruption and discomfort to guests under the following conditions:
a) Unanticipated interruptions to electricity, water, sewage to/from or on the property.
b) Industrial action, civil uprising or criminal activity.
c) Fire, frost, flooding subsidence or any other event. - Please report any damaged or broken property.

DIRECTIONS
Come off the Izotsha off ramp.
Turn left toward the beach, continue straight passed the South Coast Mall.
Turn right at the traffic lights into Marine Drive.
Pass Shelly Beach and St Michaels.
Pass the BP Garage and Van Heerden Property letting.
Next turn right into Ostend Drive.
Turn left into number 12 Ostend Drive.
