DESCRIPTION:
This is a one bedroom unit, situated on the 2nd floor and consists of the following:
– A main bedroom with double bed,
– A bathroom with a corner bath and corner shower
– Large open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area,
– A double bed sleeper couch in the lounge,
– Large Sea facing balcony and undercover parking,
– This unit is fully self catering with a weber braai for use on the balcony,
– DSTV connections available, please bring your own decoder and smart cards (NO PVR)
– Stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine and fans, just no iron or ironing board.
– All linen is provided except for towels and dishcoths
– This flat is serviced daily except for Sundays and/or public holidays.
