This is a one bedroom unit situated on the 1st floor above the undercover parking and consists of the following:
– A bedroom with double bed,
– A bathroom with bath and shower,
– Large open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area,
– A sleeper couch in the lounge,
– Large Sea facing balcony and undercover parking,
– This unit is fully self catering with a weber braai for use on the balcony,
– DSTV connections available, please bring your own decoder and smart cards (NO PVR)
– Stove, fridge, microwave and fan, just no iron or ironing board,
– All linen is provided except for towels and dish towels.
– The flat is serviced daily except for Sundays and/or public holidays.
