This is a three bedroom unit situated on the 1st floor above the undercover parking and consists of the following:
– A main bedroom, with bath and en suite double shower,
– Second bedroom with double bed.
– Third bedroom with two single beds,
– Shower next to 2nd and 3rd bedroom,
– Large open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area,
– Large Sea facing balcony and undercover parking,
– This unit is fully self catering with a weber braai for use on the balcony,
– DSTV connections available, please bring your own decoder and smart cards (NO PVR)
– Gas stove, fridge, microwave, fans, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer,
iron and ironing board.
– All linen is provided except for towels and dish towels
– The flat is serviced daily except for Sundays and or public holidays.
– There is an aircon in the main bedroom and in the dinning/lounge area.
Please bring your own towels and dish towels.
